Dental Executive Coaching(“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs this website and the Chairside to CEO newsletter. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, and we collect as little as we can.

Information we collect

• Newsletter signups. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and basic context about where you signed up (for example, the page you were on).
• Contact messages. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send.
• Basic usage data. Like most sites, our host records standard technical information (such as anonymized performance metrics) so we can keep the site fast and reliable. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

How we use it

• To send you the newsletter you asked for, and to confirm your subscription.
• To reply to your questions and messages.
• To understand what content is useful and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy terms:

• Supabase— secure database hosting for subscriptions and messages.
• Resend— delivery of the newsletter and confirmation emails.
• Vercel— website hosting and performance monitoring.

Cookies & analytics

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use privacy-respecting performance monitoring that does not build a profile of you across the web.

Data retention

We keep newsletter data for as long as you’re subscribed, and contact messages for as long as we need them to help you. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing us.
• Access or delete your data by emailing ray@dentalexecutivecoaching.com.

Children

This site is intended for practice owners and other adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
