These terms govern your use of the Dental Executive Coaching website and the Chairside to CEO newsletter (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.

What we provide

We publish free educational content and a newsletter for dental-practice owners. We may also show material that is still being reviewed or built, such as a workshop. Everything on this website is general information unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Future paid support is not an open offer

DEC has not opened a paid offer for purchase on this website. References to a future coaching offer, implementation help, or other paid support are informational only. They are not a promise that a service is available, a quote, or an agreement to work together. Any paid work would require a separate written agreement that states the scope, price, timing, responsibilities, and cancellation terms.

Not professional advice

Our content is educational and general in nature. It is notfinancial, accounting, legal, tax, or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own, and we don’t guarantee any particular result. Every practice is different.

Ray and Savannah are not dentists and do not provide clinical care through DEC. Do not use this site to make a diagnosis, choose treatment, or replace advice from a licensed professional.

The newsletter

When you subscribe, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, DEC or its licensors owns the original site content, including articles, newsletter material, graphics, and brand elements. Sources and third-party materials remain the property of their owners. You’re welcome to read our work and share links to it. Please don’t republish, resell, or present it as your own without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misuse our forms. Do not submit patient records, protected health information, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive data. We may limit or remove access if you misuse the site.

Messages and feedback

If you send a message, correction, rating, or optional note, we may use it privately to reply, improve the site, or improve our educational material. We will not publish your name, message, or result as a testimonial or case study without separate permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
